Your first visit
What the first appointment actually looks like.
A first visit here is a conversation before it is a procedure. You will meet the front desk, fill in anything you did not complete at home, and then sit down with a hygienist and a dentist who will ask what brought you in and what you want your teeth to do for you over the next ten years.
The clinical part is straightforward. A full exam, the imaging your history calls for, a look at your gums, bite, and existing dental work, and a screening that covers the soft tissue as well as the teeth.
You leave knowing what we found, what is urgent, what can wait, and what each option involves. Nothing gets scheduled until you have had that explained in plain language.

New patient forms
Fill it in at home, not in the waiting room.
Completing your paperwork before you arrive keeps the first visit focused on your mouth rather than a clipboard.
Completing the insurance section of the New Patient Registration Forms lets the office verify your benefits ahead of the visit.
Insurance
Proudly accepting most insurance plans.
The practice files claims on your behalf once treatment has started.
Have your insurance information available when you call to schedule. That lets the office verify your benefits in advance and keep your out of pocket cost as low as your plan allows.

Full plan list available by phone.
Financing
Paying for treatment over time.
Third party financing lets you spread the cost of treatment over time rather than paying in full at the appointment. Applications are handled directly with the financing company, not with the practice.
Ask the front desk which options currently apply to your treatment plan before you apply.
