All-on-X

Restorative

A full arch that stays where you put it

Overview

A full arch, supported by a few implants

All-on-X replaces a full arch of teeth using a small number of implants as the foundation. The arch is fixed in place, so it does not come out at night and does not rely on adhesive to stay where it belongs.

It is designed for people dealing with multiple missing teeth, dentures that have gone loose or uncomfortable, or dental problems that have been building for years. If you have been managing around your teeth rather than using them, this is the conversation to have.

Treatment is staged and planned digitally before anything is placed. You will see the sequence, the healing periods, and what the arch will look like before you agree to it.

Who it is for

Candidacy is confirmed in person, not online.

  • You are missing several teeth in the same arch, or the remaining teeth are failing.

  • Your denture moves, rubs, or has stopped fitting the way it used to.

  • You want teeth that stay in place rather than an appliance you remove.

  • You are in generally good health, with conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure controlled.

What to expect

The sequence, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Consultation and digital planning

We image the arch, review your health history, and plan the implant positions before treatment day.

  2. 02

    Preparing the arch

Teeth that cannot be saved are removed and the sites are prepared for the implants.

  3. 03

    Implant placement

A small number of implants are placed to carry the full arch.

  4. 04

    Healing and review

The implants integrate with the bone while you are reviewed at set intervals.

  5. 05

    Final arch fitted

The definitive arch is fitted, checked against your bite, and adjusted until it is right.

Questions

What patients ask us first.

No. A denture rests on the gums and comes out. An All-on-X arch is carried by implants and stays in place.

Results vary by patient. Implant candidacy, treatment timelines, and outcomes depend on bone quality, overall health, and healing, and are determined only after an in-person evaluation.

Your next appointment starts a longer relationship.

One call is enough to start. We will find a time, verify your benefits, and take it from there.
