Overview
Tooth-colored, minimally invasive
A filling repairs a tooth after decay is removed. We take out only what has to go, then rebuild the tooth with a bonded composite matched to the surrounding enamel, so the repair is not the first thing you see.
Caught early, a filling is a short appointment. Left alone, the same tooth often ends up needing a crown or root canal treatment instead, which is the entire argument for regular exams.
Your bite is checked before you leave, because a filling that sits high is a filling you will feel all week.
